it is that time of year again where fashion weeks are in full swing in some of the most glamorous cities in the world. both on and off the catwalk trends have emerged in obvious and subtle ways. those who are lucky enough to attend are the ones we now turn to for inspiration and a hint of what might be coming next. red has made a bold impact during New York Fashion Week and it is now a strong trend colour that the fashion elite have embraced with open arms. some wore it head to toe; red on red on red, some as layering during snowy and freezing Nemo, and others as an accent to bring colour to their outfit. with what has been seen so far I say to look at the layering and mix of different shades of red. imagine oxblood with wine or even a bold tomato red. with new york and london weeks passed, and milan street style images emerging each day, more trends will be popping up and i will be featuring some of my favourites here so keep an eye out. x

it's been a while.

it has been a few months since my last post but soon you will see why. i had an exciting opportunity come up a few months ago to become one of the fashion editor's of magazine and website Frock Paper Scissors. i also started freelance styling so a lot of work came at once and i have had very little time to come on here, but i am back. soon i will be positing some of the things i have been working on and i will also be getting back to my look posts. x
