SAG Awards.
The SAG Awards came around this week and yet again we got to see some of the most impeccably styled celebs in the most lust worthy gowns. Here are some of my top picks and I must say that Emma Thompson and Helen Mirren really brought on the glamour and class - keeping in mind Emma Thompson opted for a flat sandal after openly displaying her hatred of heels at the Golden Globes. Also something to take note of, Kerry Washington is currently quite pregnant but hid that baby bump quite impressively by wearing separates - is there anything separates can't do!? My top pick has to be Sandra Bullock though. From the dark emerald hue of the strapless Lanvin gown, to the well placed bow and leg slit giving her generally athletic physique ultimate femininity, all the boxes are ticked! The dress was a show stopper in itself so the addition of simple finishings like the metallic heels and clutch completed the elegant look flawlessly.

Critics Choice.
This time of year it seems like another day, another award ceremony! It feels as if we only just started with the Golden Globes but it's already on to the new and time for the Critics Choice Awards. I have picked a handful of my favourite looks from this years carpet but to be completely honest, with so many guest getting their styling impeccably on point, it was quite hard not to just make this a recap of the full guest arrivals! I have also now confirmed to myself that Jared Leto is my male style crush. When a male attendee can remain as memorable as some of the ladies at these award ceremonies you can't deny his styling prowess.

Golden Globes.
The Golden Globes came around as they do every year however this time round a lot more experimentation was seen than ever before with colours, silhouettes and separates… some working better than others. Here are my picks for the most memorable moments and experimental statements on this years red carpet. I also have to include my two top picks in the male category, Jared Leto and Matthew McConaughey, who managed to stand out in what is in my opinion the hardest environment to try and make a mark in amongst the sea of beautiful ladies. Jared Leto went to the top of my list because I just cannot go past a well suited man with his hair groomed back into a bun, and Matthew McConaughey because he made me fall in love with the velvet suit all over again wearing a blazer in this perfect dark green hue.
